Amount produced has a dried weight of less than 2 pounds (class 5 felony):
- First offense: Probation with up to 1 year in county jail. If the judge orders prison, then 6 months to 2.5 years in prison.
- 1 historical prior felony conviction: 1 year to 3.75 years in prison.
- 2 historical prior felony convictions: 3 years to 7.5 years in prison.
Amount produced has a dried weight of 2 to 4 pounds (class 4 felony):
- First offense: Mandatory 1 year to 3.75 years in prison.
- 1 historical prior felony conviction: 2.25 years to 7.5 years in prison.
- 2 historical prior felony convictions: 6 years to 15 years in prison.
Amount produced has a dried weight of over 4 pounds (class 3 felony):
- First offense: 2 years to 8.75 years in prison.
- 1 historical prior felony conviction: 3.5 years to 16.25 years in prison.
- 2 historical prior felony convictions: 7.5 years to 25 years in prison.
In addition, you will be subject to mandatory fines.
